WHEN WILL I GET MY BOX?
Boxes will ship in the next 2 business days. Shipping usually takes between 2-4 business days. Then 3 months later to the date the new box will arrive.
WHAT'S GOING TO BE IN MY BOX?
Your box will contain self-care items, as well as a few clinical use items to help you through your shift.
I’M NOT A VETERINARY TECHNICIAN/NURSE. WOULD I LIKE THIS BOX?
Our box is great for any veterinary professional. While some items may be more themed to technicians/nurses, most items anyone in the profession will be able to use.
HOW DO I CANCEL?
Login to your account located at the upper right corner of the page. Use the email address and password that was used at signup. On the left side of the page, there is a section titled "Your Subscription(s)." Click "Edit" at the bottom - from there you can see your delivery schedule and cancel your subscription.
WHAT IF I WANT TO TRY ONE BOX?
If you want to purchase just one box, we would suggest our fan favorites boxes or subscribe to one quarterly based subscription option. After that, you can cancel your subscription by logging into your account with the steps outlined above.
I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE. WHERE DO I PUT IT?
You enter it on the checkout page, under the order summary. Make sure to hit “APPLY” before clicking on the checkout button. (Don’t be a retriever and get too excited and forget to enter the code!)
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We currently do not accept returns. If in the instance an item is broken in shipping, (things happen, although we try our best to make sure the box arrives intact, like that male bulldog that always drools all over the clinic floor) we will happily replace any broken items. Just make sure to send us an email at Help@veterinarysurvivalbox.com with pictures of the box and broken items.
WHAT IS YOUR DAMAGE POLICY?
Be sure you add Route to your order for $0.98 to make sure your order is insured if lost, broken, or damaged in shipping.
Veterinary Survival Box is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Veterinary Survival Box is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS or UPS.
*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for the reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
