Our box is great for any veterinary professional. While some items may be more themed to technicians/nurses, most items anyone in the profession will be able to use.

I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE. WHERE DO I PUT IT?
You enter it on the checkout page, under the order summary. Make sure to hit “APPLY” before clicking on the checkout button. (Don’t be a retriever and get too excited and forget to enter the code!)
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We currently do not accept returns. If in the instance an item is broken in shipping, (things happen, although we try our best to make sure the box arrives intact, like that male bulldog that always drools all over the clinic floor) we will happily replace any broken items. Just make sure to send us an email at Help@veterinarysurvivalbox.com with pictures of the box and broken items.
WHAT IS YOUR DAMAGE POLICY?
Be sure you add Route to your order for $0.98 to make sure your order is insured if lost, broken, or damaged in shipping.
Veterinary Survival Box is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Veterinary Survival Box is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS or UPS, or any other shipping provider.
